That funny little joke doctors like to call Rona.
May 13, 2022So, last week, developed a crackin' sinus infection. Got a bit better, then went over the falls. Turns out it was the Rona, second time for me. About two years apart. Bookends, I hope.
Have been painting a bit less than usual. Can't focus as well and got lost in a 1200 sq/ft condo. But did get this done today. It's the first full color on the monochrome underpainting. It's not fully realized, but I can see the finish and it ain't far away.
The glass bottle is the secret star of this composition, in my opinion. But the tulip and the Ukiyo-e will be in the dog fight, rest assured.
